MONDO TV: ricevuto in data odierna il verbale dell'agenzia entrate che ammonta in totale a circa 1,1 milioni, con riferimento al solo anno 2014

Matteo Corradi: "Il management ritiene che questo verbale, peraltro in questo momento di importo modesto paragonato alle disponibilità liquide e al patrimonio netto della società, sia completamente infondato, privo di qualunque appiglio normativo e presentato fuori tempo massimo. Riteniamo quindi che in sede di giudizio sarà facilmente ribaltabile e la società potrà uscire indenne così come già accaduto con i verbali emessi ad esito della verifica del 2014 che sono stati tutti annullati dalle commissioni tributarie di primo e secondo grado con condanna dell'Agenzia delle Entrate alla rifusione della spese di giudizio".

23 maggio 2019 – Facendo seguito al comunicato del 13 maggio 2019 con il quale si dava notizia della verifica in corso da parte dell'agenzia delle entrate e del ricevimento di una comunicazione informale secondo cui la medesima si orientava nel senso di disconoscere il credito di imposta utilizzato dalla Mondo TV negli anni dal 2012 al 2019, si comunica che in data odierna è stato notificato alla Mondo TV il processo verbale di costatazione che ammonta per ora a solo circa euro 1,1 milioni oltre sanzioni e interessi, in relazione all'anno 2014.

Il medesimo verbale contiene una segnalazione agli uffici e alla società in relazione all'utilizzo del credito di imposta negli altri esercizi che quindi potrebbero essere oggetto di ulteriori verifiche.

La società potrà entro 60 giorni formulare le proprie osservazioni e commenti in relazione al processo verbale di costatazione.

In proposito si segnala che, come già dichiarato da Matteo Corradi, amministratore delegato della Mondo TV, "Il management ritiene che questo verbale, peraltro in questo momento di importo modesto paragonato alle disponibilità liquide e al patrimonio netto della società, sia completamente infondato, privo di qualunque appiglio normativo e presentato fuori tempo massimo. Riteniamo quindi che in sede di giudizio sarà facilmente ribaltabile e la società potrà uscire indenne così come già accaduto con i verbali emessi ad esito della verifica del 2014 che sono stati tutti annullati dalle commissioni tributarie di primo e secondo grado con condanna dell'Agenzia delle Entrate alla rifusione della spese".

MONDO TV S.p.A.: Mondo TV received today the report from the tax authoirty which totals approximately to euros 1.1 million, with reference only to the year 2014

Matteo Corradi: "The management believes that this report, which at this time is of a modest amount compared to the company's liquid assets and equity, is completely groundless, deprived of legal cause and notified out of time. We therefore believe that in the judgment it will be easily reversed, and the company will be able to emerge unharmed, as it happened with the reports issued after the 2014 inspection, which were all canceled by the first and second degree tax commissions, with condemnation of the Tax Authority to the reimbursement to Mondo TV of the relevant judicial expenses "

23 May 2019 – Following the press release dated May 13, 2019, whereby the Company informed about the ongoing verification by the tax authority and the receipt of an informal communication according to which the same authority was oriented in the sense of disregarding the tax credit used by Mondo TV in the years from 2012 to 2019, Mondo TV hereby informed that today the official report was notified to Mondo TV, which for now amounts to only around euros 1.1 million plus fines and interests, in relation to the year 2014.

The same report contains a report to the offices and the company in relation to the use of the tax credit in the other years, which could therefore be subject to further verifications.

The company may notify to the tax authority its observations and comments within 60 days in relation to the today's official report.

On the above, as stated by the Managing Director Matteo Corradi, "The management believes that this report, which at this time is of a modest amount compared to the company's liquid assets and equity, is completely groundless, deprived of legal cause and notified out of time. We therefore believe that in the judgment it will be easily reversed, and the company will be able to emerge unharmed, as it happened with the reports issued after the 2014 inspection, which were all canceled by the first and second degree tax commissions, with condemnation of the Tax Authority to the reimbursement to Mondo TV of the relevant judicial expenses ".
