NN Group announces early redemption of outstanding subordinated notes

Today, NN Group N.V. (NN Group) announces the early redemption of the outstanding EUR 1 billion 4.625% Fixed to Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 8 April 2044 (ISIN: XS1054522922) (the Notes).

The Notes will be redeemed by NN Group in full at their outstanding principal amount of EUR 334,759,000.-- together with any interest accrued (in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notes) on their first call date, 8 April 2024.
