Generali: early redemption of perpetual notes (ISIN XS0440434834)
Trieste – Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. (the Issuer) will exercise the early redemption option to redeem, on 15th July 2019, all outstanding perpetual notes of the series whose details are set out below (the Notes):
- Description of the Notes: EUR 50,000,000 9.00% Perpetual Fixed/Floating Rate Notes issued on 15th July 2009 by Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A.;
- ISIN: XS0440434834;
- Early Redemption Date: 15th July 2019;
- Coupon: 9.00%;
- Redemption price: 100%;
The early redemption of all outstanding Notes – which will take place in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions - has been approved by Istituto per la Vigilanza sulle Assicurazioni (IVASS).
