PRESS RELEASE

Gas Plus: 2P reserves of the Ana and Doina Romanian gas fields evaluated by an independent Reserves Auditor at 725 MScm for the 10% Gas Plus interest, allowing an increase of more than 15% of the Group total hydrocarbon reserves.

Milan, 11 June 2019 – With reference to the previous press release of 12 April 2019 we are pleased to inform that, as part of the Field Development Plan of Ana and Doina gas fields located in the Romanian Black Sea sector ("Midia Gas Development Project"), the independent Reserves Auditor, after the Final Investment Decision (FID) was adopted on 6 February 2019, issued the gas reserves certification for the two fields. The 2P gas reserves for Ana and Doina fields are 7.25 Billion of Standard cubic meters (BScm) of which a 10% equal to 725 Million Standard cubic meters (MScm) are attributable to Gas Plus interest in the concession, after the 5% ongoing Farm Out.

With the addition of these reserves Gas Plus Group overall reserves, compared to the amount at 31.12.2018, increase from 4,271 BScm to 4,996 BScm.

With reference to the 26 April 2019 press release, where it was mentioned a shorter timing for the closing of the 5% transfer, we take this opportunity to inform that, due to procedural aspects between the parties, it will take still a brief more time.

It is active in the main sectors of the industry of natural gas, particularly in the exploration, production, purchase, distribution and sale to retail customers. At 31 December 2018, the Group has 45 exploitation concessions located throughout the Italian territory, manages a total of approximately 1,600 kilometers of distribution network located in 39 Municipalities, serves a total of more than 69,000 end users, with a staff of 159 employees.
