MONDO TV: Concluso con Karactermania un accordo di licensing sulla property giocattolo Feisty Pets per la Spagna Prosegue lo sviluppo della property di successo Feisty Pets

11 giugno 2019 – Dopo il conferimento alla Mondo TV da parte di Surge Licensing, Inc. dell'incarico di sub-agente per lo sviluppo del licensing basato sulla property giocattolo della William Mark Corp., Feisty Pets, in Italia e nella Penisola Iberica, annunciato lo scorso 11 dicembre 2018, Mondo TV comunica di aver concluso un nuovo accordo di licensing sulla suddetta property.

Il contratto è stato sottoscritto con la società Karactermania S.L., una tra i principali operatori iberici, per le categorie Fashion bags, Back to school, Stationery e Travel collections in Spagna ed Andorra fino al 31 dicembre 2021.

L'accordo, che prevede il pagamento sia di un minimo garantito, in sé non significativo, che di royalties, riveste una particolare rilevanza strategica anche vista l'importanza del licenziatario, al fine di aiutare anche in Spagna la cosiddetta "brand awarness" sulla property al fine di porre le basi per replicare in Spagna il successo che la stessa ha già avuto negli Stati Uniti.

Dallo sfruttamento commerciale della property in Italia e Spagna è atteso un fatturato pari a 1,5 milioni di euro nel prossimo biennio.

MONDO TV S.p.A.: a licensing agreement on the toy property Feisty Pets has been executed with Karactermania

11 June 2019 – After the engagement of Mondo TV by Surge Licensing, Inc. in the role of subagent for the development of licensing based on the toy property of William Mark Corp., Feisty Pets, in Italy and in the Iberian Peninsula, announced last 11 December 2018, Mondo TV announces that it has entered into a new licensing agreement on the aforementioned property.

The contract was signed with the company Karactermania S.L., one of the main Iberian operators, for the categories Fashion bags, Back to school, Stationery and Travel collections in Spain and Andorra until 31 December 2021.

The agreement, which provides for the payment of a guaranteed minimum, which is not significant in itself, and of royalties, is of particular strategic importance, also considering the importance of the licensee, in order to help also in Spain the so-called "brand awareness" on the property in order to try to replicate in Spain the success that the same has already had in the United States.

From the commercial exploitation of the property in Italy and Spain a turnover of 1.5 million euros is expected over the next two years.
