Rome, June 21 2019 – the Board of Directors of doBank S.p.A. (the "Company" or "doBank") wishes to inform that Mr. Fabio Balbinot, Chief Servicing Officer, has resigned from his role effective June 30, 2019 given the willingness to pursue new professional opportunities in a sector other than credit servicing.
Accepting the decision made and extending the best wishes for his personal and professional future, the Company thanks Mr. Balbinot for his important contribution to the path towards the IPO and the Company's growth and internationalization process, which paved the way for its affirmation among the main independent servicers in Europe.
The area of responsibility of NPL servicing is entrusted to Mr. Carlo Vernuccio, reporting directly to the CEO Mr. Andrea Mangoni. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Carlo Vernuccio is currently in charge of Credit Management at doBank and has previously been, among other appointments, CEO of Italfondiario.
