SABAF: APPOINTMENT OF THE HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT AND SUPPLEMENTATION OF THE SUPERVISORY BODY

The Board of Directors of Sabaf S.p.A., which met today, subject to the favourable opinion of the Control and Risk Committee and after hearing the Board of Statutory Auditors, appointed Giuseppe Garzillo, Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory S.p.A. (PwC), as Head of Internal Audit. Internal Audit activities for the period from July 2019 to December 2021 were outsourced to PwC.

The Board of Directors also appointed Garzillo as a member of the Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, replacing the resigning Emma Marcandalli.

The Supervisory Body, which is therefore currently composed of Nicla Picchi (Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Control and Risk Committee) and Giuseppe Garzillo, will remain in office until the approval of the financial statements for the year 2020.
