Marloes Roetgerink appointed as member of the Executive Board of ForFarmers N.V.

ForFarmers' shareholders today resolved to appoint Mrs Marloes Roetgerink as Executive Board member as per 1 June 2024.This resolution was taken during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ForFarmers N.V., which was held today. Marloes Roetgerink will fulfil the position of Chief Financial Officer. The term of her appointment will start as per 1 June 2024 and will end at the annual general meeting in 2028, when she is eligible for reappointment for a term of 4 years.

Marloes Roetgerink benoemd tot lid Raad van Bestuur ForFarmers N.V.

De aandeelhouders van ForFarmers hebben vandaag ingestemd met de benoeming van mevrouw Marloes Roetgerink als lid van de Raad van Bestuur. Dit besluit werd genomen tijdens de Buitengewone Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders van ForFarmers N.V. die vandaag is gehouden. Marloes Roetgerink zal de functie van Chief Financial Officer (CFO) gaan vervullen. Haar termijn gaat per 1 juni 2024 in en eindigt tijdens de jaarlijkse Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders in 2028. Op dat moment is zij herbenoembaar voor een periode van vier jaar.
