LAURA BERNARDELLI NOMINATA NUOVO GROUP CFO

Bologna, 1° luglio 2019 - Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL), società quotata presso il Mercato Telematico Azionario - segmento STAR - organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Datalogic") e leader mondiale nei settori dell'acquisizione automatica dei dati e dell'automazione industriale, annuncia la nomina di Laura Bernardelli quale Group Chief Financial Officer.

La dott.ssa Bernardelli vanta una vasta esperienza internazionale in ruoli di responsabilità finanziaria e strategica in primari gruppi internazionali in Europa e negli Stati Uniti. Durante la sua carriera professionale, la dott.ssa Bernardelli ha ricoperto responsabilità in materia di pianificazione finanziaria, contabilità, fiscale, tesoreria, ristrutturazioni, acquisizioni e integrazioni, sistemi informativi. Più recentemente ha ricoperto il ruolo di Senior Vice President Controllo, Bilancio e Sistemi informativi finanziari del gruppo Schneider Electric e, precedentemente, di CFO del gruppo Comau, ITT Italia e Xylem EMEA.

LAURA BERNARDELLI APPOINTED AS GROUP CFO

Bologna, July 1st, 2019 - Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A: DAL), a company listed in the STAR Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Datalogic") and global leader in the automatic data capture and process automation markets announces the appointment of Ms. Laura Bernardelli as Group Chief Financial Officer.

Ms. Bernardelli joins Datalogic with extensive international experience as Financial and Strategic Transformation leader working for major international groups in Europe and US. In her multiple financial leadership positions, Ms. Bernardelli held responsibilities over Financial planning, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Restructuring, Acquisition & Integration, IT. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President Group Controlling, Reporting and Digital Finance at Schneider Electric, and previously as CFO of the Comau Group, ITT Italia and Xylem EMEA.
