Deposit of documents related to incorporation plan of Sabaf Immobiliare S.r.l. into Sabaf S.p.A.

Sabaf S.p.A. wishes to announce that the incorporation plan and the financial statements of the companies involved in the transaction for the years ended 31 December 2016, 31 December 2017 and 31 December 2018 are available to the public at the registered office and in the Investors section of the Company website www.sabaf.it.
