MONDO TV annuncia la produzione della terza stagione della serie animata Robot Trains

La controllata Mondo TV Suisse collaborerà con la coreana CJ E&M sulla nuova serie di avventure per ragazzi

Matteo Corradi, Amministratore delegato della capogruppo Mondo TV S.p.A., ha dichiarato: "Siamo felici di questo nuovo accordo che consente di dare continuità allo sviluppo della property Robot Trains da cui ci attendiamo risultati in crescita nei prossimi anni"

4 luglio 2019 – Dopo il completamento della seconda stagione di Robot Trains, Mondo TV annuncia che la Mondo TV Suisse, produttore e distributore di cartoni animati, ha raggiunto un accordo con CJ E&M, una delle maggiori società coreane di contenuti e marketing, per la produzione della terza stagione della medesima serie animata di genere action e adventure. Anche la terza stagione sarà costituita da 52 episodi di 11 'ciascuno e sarà prodotta in 3D CGI. Il lancio della nuova stagione è programmato per l'autunno/inverno del 2020.

Mondo TV Suisse si occuperà dell'intera produzione acquisendo la proprietà della serie al 90%, mentre CJ manterrà la proprietà della property orginale e del 10% della terza stagione con diritto alla partecipazione ai ricavi derivanti dallo sfruttamento della serie proporzionata alla propria quota.

Inoltre, Mondo TV Suisse si occuperà della distribuzione della terza stagione in tutto il mondo (esclusa l'Asia, ma inclusa la Cina) sia in relazione alla distribuzione dei diritti audiovisivi che licensing e merchandising. CJ si occuperà invece della distribuzione in Asia (esclusa la Cina). Entrambe avranno diritto a una commissione del 30% come corrispettivo dalla propria attività di distributore.

MONDO TV S.p.A.: Mondo TV Suisse announced the production of season three of the animated series Robot Trains

Mondo TV Suisse will work with Korea's CJ E&M on the new kid's adventure show

4 July 2017 – Following the completion of the second season of Robot Trains, Mondo TV announced that Mondo TV Suisse, producer and distributor of animated content, reached an agreement with CJ E&M, one of South Korean largest content and marketing company, for the production of the third season of the series. The new season will be constituted by 52 episodes of 11' each, it will be in 3D CGI and shall be launched in Fall/Winter 2020.

Mondo TV Suisse will be in charge of the whole production, becoming owner of the third season for 90%, while CJ will keep the ownership on the original property and 10% of the third season with a right to a proportionate share on the revenues deriving from the exploitation of the new series.

Furthermore, Mondo TV Suisse will take care of distribution worldwide (except Asia, but including China) for both audiovisual rights and licensing and merchandising. CJ will take care of the distribution of the new show in Asia (except China). Both companies will have right to a 30% commission as a compensation for their distribution activity.
