5 luglio 2019. La società Exprivia S.p.A. - società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – rende noto che in data odierna è stata finalizzata l'assegnazione del Premio di Risultato 2018 verso i dipendenti della Società.
L'importo totale erogato ammonta a circa 500mila euro. Parte dell'importo è stato erogato in azioni proprie detenute dalla Società per un totale di n. 29.992 azioni distribuite.

July, 5 2019. Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - announces that the grant of bonuses for the 2018 Performance Bonus has been closed today. The total amount granted amounts to approximately 500 thousand euro. Part of the amount was paid in treasury shares held by the Company for a total of n. 29,992 shares distributed.
