Modification of the share capital
Trieste – We hereby inform that the share capital of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., fully subscribed and paid up, amounts now to € 1.569,773,403.00 due to the special stock plan for the Managing Director / Group CEO Philippe Donnet related to the 2016-2018 term in office, approved by the Shareholders' Meeting held on April 27th 2017 and announced on July 8th , 2019.
Indeed, the inscription of the document certifying such increase has been formally lodged on July 31st, 2019 with the Venezia Giulia Company's Register.
Therefore, as illustrated in the following table, the above-mentioned capital is subdivided into 1.569,773,403 ordinary shares of 1.00 euro each (par value).
