Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 10 September 2024 (the "Final Terms") for NatWest Group plc ("NatWest Group") EUR1,000,000,000 3.575% Fixed to Floating Rate Notes due 12 September 2032 (ISIN: XS2898838516) (the "Notes") issued under the £40,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of NatWest Group (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 7 December 2023 and the supplemental prospectuses dated 16 February 2024, 26 April 2024 and 26 July 2024 relating to the Programme, (together, the "Prospectus"), which together constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
