Progress on Just Eat Takeaway.com share buyback programme 14 October – 18 October 2024

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery marketplaces, hereby reports the transaction details related to its €150 million share buyback programme announced on 31 July 2024.

From 14 October 2024 up to and including 18 October 2024 a total of 632,742 shares were repurchased at an average price of €11.6470 on Euronext Amsterdam, a total of 192,690 shares were repurchased at an average price of €11.7602 on Cboe DXE and a total of 33,496 shares were repurchased at an average price of €11.7180 on Turquoise. Following the settlement of the above transactions, the Company will hold 6,996,513 shares in treasury.

Up to and including 18 October 2024, the total consideration for shares repurchased under this share buyback programme amounts to €49,775,819.
