NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE VOTING RIGHTS (Article 85bis, section 4bis, of Consob Regulation no. 11971)

Ospitaletto, August 7th, 2019 – SABAF S.p.A. hereby announces that on August, 7, 2019 became effective the increase of voting rights relating to nr. 4,068,001 SABAF S.p.A. ordinary shares, of which nr. 2,306,690 owned by Quaestio Ita Growth Fund and nr. 1,761,311 owned by Giuseppe Saleri Sapa, pursuant to article 127quinquies of Legislative Decree 58/98 and in application of the provisions of the by-laws.

The following chart shows the total amount of the current Ordinay Shares and the total amount of the voting rights exercisable starting from today.
