## **Fastned surpasses €82 million in new bonds for 2024 after issuing over €21.5 million in new bonds during latest issue**

*Amsterdam, 31 October 2024*: **Fastned, the European fast-charging company, has issued over €21.5 million in new bonds with a 6% coupon and a 5-year maturity. This brings the total amount invested in Fastned through new bonds to over €82 million in 2024 alone.**

Of this latest issue of over €21.5 million, €4.9 million came from investors extending their investments from earlier tranches. This tranche, the 16th in Fastned's bond programme, brings the total outstanding amount of bonds with retail investors to more than €212 million.

'We are proud that our valued investors have again placed their faith in Fastned to power Europe's transition to electric mobility and develop the charging infrastructure of the future," said Michiel Langezaal, co-Founder and CEO of Fastned. 'The number of electric cars on the roads continues to grow. As we continue to win tenders for high-value locations across Europe, our long-standing goal of establishing 1,000 fast-charging stations by 2030 is right on track. ## **Fastned geeft in 2024 ruim €82 miljoen aan nieuwe obligaties uit met laatste uitgifte van meer dan €21,5 miljoen**

Amsterdam, XX oktober/november 2024: **Fastned, het Europese snellaadbedrijf, heeft voor meer dan €21,5 miljoen aan nieuwe obligaties uitgegeven met een coupon van 6% en een looptijd van 5 jaar. Dit brengt het totale bedrag dat via nieuwe obligaties in Fastned is geïnvesteerd alleen al in 2024 op meer dan €82 miljoen.**

Van de laatste uitgifte van meer dan €21,5 miljoen is €4,9 miljoen afkomstig van investeerders die hun investeringen uit eerdere tranches hebben verlengd. Deze tranche, de zestiende in het obligatieprogramma van Fastned, brengt het totale uitstaande bedrag aan obligaties van particuliere beleggers op meer dan €212 miljoen.
