Florence, September 13th 2019 – El.En. S.p.A., leader on the laser market and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice to its Shareholders that the tombstone pertaining the availability and publication of the half yearly financial report as of 30th June 2019 approved by the Board of Directors has today been published on newspaper "ITALIA OGGI".

Si avvisa, altresì, che con il 14 settembre 2019 prenderà inizio il periodo di esercizio delle opzioni assegnate dal Consiglio di Amministrazione con delibera del 13 settembre 2016 in attuazione del Piano di Stock Option 2016-2025 riservato a amministratori, collaboratori e dipendenti della società e delle sue controllate, deliberato dalla assemblea degli azionisti del 12 maggio 2016 e descritto nel documento informativo redatto ai sensi dell'art. 84-bis, comma 1 e dello Schema 7 dell'Allegato 3A del Regolamento Emittenti Consob n. 11971/1999 che resta, da allora e fino allo spirare di detto piano, a disposizione del pubblico, presso la sede sociale in Calenzano, presso la Borsa Italiana S.p.A., sul sito internet della Società www.elengroup.com nella sezione "Investor Relations / Governance / Documenti Societari / Piano di Stock Option 2016-2025" e nel sito di stoccaggio autorizzato .
