FinecoBank: Modifiche statutarie
Milano, 24 settembre 2019
FinecoBank rende noto che, a seguito del rilascio in data 9 settembre 2019 del provvedimento di accertamento della Banca Centrale Europea ex art. 56 TUB, il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha deliberato in data odierna le modifiche agli articoli 1, 4, 17 e 24 dello Statuto sociale per adeguarlo – a seguito dell'uscita dal Gruppo UniCredit e della nuova qualifica di capogruppo del "Gruppo Bancario FinecoBank" assunta dalla Banca – alle indicazioni previste dalla vigente normativa. Il nuovo testo statutario entrerà in vigore successivamente all'iscrizione presso il Registro delle Imprese di Milano.

FinecoBank: Amendments of Articles of Association
Milan, September 24, 2019
FinecoBank announces that, following the approval issued by the European Central Bank on 9 September 2019 pursuant to article 56 of the Italian Consolidated Banking Law, the Board of Directors resolved upon the amendments to articles 1, 4, 17 and 24 of the Articles of Association in order to align it – following the exit from UniCredit Group and the assumption by the Bank of the qualification of Parent Company of "FinecoBank Banking Group" – with the applicable laws and regulations. The new text of the Articles of Association will enter into force following the registration at the Companies' Register of Milan.
