Pursuant to Article 133 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c., Zagreb, Jurišićeva ulica 4 (hereinafter: the Bank), announces the meeting of the Management Board and the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Bank to be held on November 8, 2024.

The Management Board and Supervisory Board will determine the Proposal of the Resolution on dividend payment from retained earnings for the business year 2023, which will be sent to the General Assembly of the Bank for further decision-making.
