AMENDMENT OF 2019 CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS
Rome, October 4th, 2019 – Enel S.p.A. ("Enel" or "the Company"), as partial amendment to its 2019 calendar of events released on December 27th, 2018, announces that the interim financial report as of September 30th, 2019 will be examined by the Board of Directors on November 12th, 2019, rather than on November 7th, 2019.
Furthermore, the meeting in which the Group's strategic plan update will be presented to the financial community is scheduled for November 26th, 2019.
All other dates detailed in the aforementioned press release of December 27th, 2018, as well as the additional information contained therein, remain the same.
