La Società comunica che in data odierna ha avuto effetto la maggiorazione del diritto di voto relativamente a n. 1.000 azioni ordinarie Landi Renzo S.p.A., ai sensi dell'art. 127-quinquies del T.u.f. e in applicazione di quanto previsto dallo statuto sociale.

The Company announces that on October 7, 2019 became effective the increase of voting rights relating to nr. 1.000 Landi Renzo S.p.A. ordinary shares, pursuant to article 127-quinquies of Legislative Decree 58/98 and in application of the provisions of the by-laws.
