MUNDYS: RESOLUTION ADOPTED THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Rome, 6 November 2024 – Mundys S.p.A. announces that today's Board of Directors' meeting resolves to submit for approval to the ordinary Shareholders' meeting of the Company to be convened on 22 November 2024 the distribution of a dividend equal to Euro 148,638,695 - Euro 0.31 per share, with payment date envisaged on 28 November 2024. Company interim result for 2024 first nine months is equal to Euro 171,629,296.
