Conversion of 19 bonds from the Tiscali Conv. 2019-2020 bond loan

Cagliari, October 22 2019

The Company announces that today, following the exercise by Sova Capital Limited of the conversion right, 197,916,667 shares were issued to service the conversion of 19 bonds, subscribed and paid for an amount of Eur 1,900,000, of the Tiscali Conv. 2019-2020 bond, as approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on June 26 2018 and the Board of Directors on January 31 2019.
