Sprd.net AG produrrà e distribuirà on-line magliette e altri articoli legati alla protagonista delle serie prodotte da Mondo TV con il Sole di Carta

8 novembre 2019 – Mondo TV annuncia che sprd.net AG, società attiva nel settore dell'e-commerce e con sede a Lipsia, ha acquistato una licenza per i diritti di fabbricazione e vendita on-line di magliette e altri prodotti di merchandising collegati a Sissi, la Giovane Imperatrice, protagonista delle serie prodotte da Mondo TV con il Sole di Carta.

La licenza in particolare prevede la vendita on-line in Germania, Austria, Svizzera, Italia e Regno Unito. La licenza ha durata biennale.

L'accordo prevede il pagamento di un minimo garantito non particolarmente rilevante, ma data l'ampia distribuzione attraverso la forma di vendita on-line ci si attende che la distribuzione generi ulteriori royalties, ad oggi non quantificabili, per la Mondo TV. Inoltre il contratto riveste la sua importanza in quanto rappresenta un altro tassello nello sviluppo del licensing legato a Sissi in particolare in Germania.

A new license agreement has been executed by Mondo TV for merchandising rights of Sissi in Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom

Sprd.net AG will produce and distribute online t-shirts and other items related to the protagonist of the TV series produced by Mondo TV with Sole di Carta

8 November 2019: Mondo TV announces that sprd.net AG, a company active in the ecommerce industry and based in Leipzig, has acquired a license for the rights to manufacture and sell online merchandising items like t-shirts and other products connected to Sissi, the Young Empress, protagonist of the series produced by Mondo TV with Sole di Carta.

The license in particular provides for online sales rights in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and the United Kingdom. The license has a two years duration.

The agreement provides for the payment of a minimum guarantee that is not particularly significant, but given the wide distribution through online systems, it is expected that the distribution will generate for Mondo TV further royalties, which to date cannot be quantified. In addition, the contract is important because it represents another piece in the development of licensing related to Sissi in particular in Germany
