Feisty Pets conferma il grande interesse dal mondo del licensing

20 novembre 2019 – Mondo TV comunica che Panini S.p.A., leader mondiale nel settore stickers e trading cards, ha acquistato da Mondo TV S.p.A. una licenza per i territori di Italia, Spagna, Portogallo e Andorra per lo sfruttamento dei diritti di licensing e merchandising della property Feisty Pets, per la realizzazione e commercializzazione di diversi prodotti collezionabili e publishing.

La licenza prevede lo sfruttamento del brand nelle lingue locali per tre anni; l'accordo prevede il pagamento di un minimo garantito, in sé non particolarmente significativo, e di royalties da parte di Panini a favore di Mondo TV per le vendite eccedenti l'importo del minimo garantito.

Il contratto ha la sua significatività per l'ottima e capillare distribuzione dei prodotti da parte di un player di primaria importanza quale è Panini su un brand che sta acquisendo una sempre maggiore notorietà con promettenti prospettive di successo.

Mondo TV: an agreement was reached with Panini on Feisty Pets for Italy and the Iberian peninsula

Feisty Pets confirms the great interest in the world of licensing

20 November 2019 - Mondo TV announced that Panini S.p.A., world leader in the sector of stickers and trading cards, has purchased from Mondo TV S.p.A. a license for the territories of Italy, Spain, Portugal and Andorra for the exploitation of the licensing and merchandising rights of the property Feisty Pets, for the creation and marketing of various collectible and publishing products.

The license involves the exploitation of the brand in local languages for three years; the agreement provides for the payment by Panini of a minimum guarantee, itself not particularly significant, and royalties in favor of Mondo TV for sales exceeding the minimum guaranteed amount.

The contract has its significance for the excellent and widespread distribution of the products by a leading player such as Panini on a brand that is acquiring an ever greater fame with promising prospects of success.
