Florence, December 4th 2019 - El.En. SpA, leader on the laser market and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock exchange, announced that the further the press release on November 27th 2019, is now available at the Company's registered office, at Borsa Italiana s.p.a., in the authorized storage device and on the website www.elengroup.com, section investor relations/Corporate Documents the information document provided by art. 5, comma 1, of the Consob Regulations 17221/2010 containing provisions relating to transactions with related parties.
