H-FARM: CALENDARIO DEGLI EVENTI SOCIETARI PER L'ESERCIZIO 2020

Ca' Tron, 16 dicembre 2019 - H-FARM S.p.A., comunica, ai sensi dell'art. 17 del Regolamento Emittenti AIM Italia, il calendario degli eventi societari relativo all'anno 2020:

30 marzo 2020, riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione della Società per l'approvazione del progetto di bilancio relativo all'esercizio chiuso al 31 dicembre 2019;

29 aprile 2020, riunione dell'Assemblea degli azionisti della Società, in prima convocazione, per l'approvazione del bilancio relativo all'esercizio chiuso al 31 dicembre 2019;

30 aprile 2020, riunione dell'Assemblea degli azionisti della Società, in seconda convocazione, per l'approvazione del bilancio relativo all'esercizio chiuso al 31 dicembre 2019;

28 settembre 2020, riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione della Società per l'approvazione della relazione semestrale al 30 giugno 2020.

Eventuali modifiche al presente calendario verranno comunicate tempestivamente al mercato.

H-FARM: CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS FOR THE YEAR 2020

Ca' Tron, 16 dicembre 2019 - H-FARM S.p.A., in accordance with Article 17 of the AIM Italia Issuers' Regulations, announces the calendar of corporate events for the year 2020:

30 march 2020, Meeting of the Governing Body of the Company to approve the draft financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2019;

29 aprile 2020, General Meeting of the Shareholders in the Company, on first call, for the approval of the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2019;

30 aprile 2020, General Meeting of the Shareholders in the Company, on second call, for the approval of the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2019;

28 settembre 2020, Meeting of the Governing Body of the Company for the approval of the half-year report of June 30, 2020;

Any changes to this calendar will be promptly communicated to the market.
