DOVALUE: NEW SERVICING CONTRACT WITH UBI BANCA FOR APPROXIMATELY EURO 0.9 BILLION

Roma, December 16, 2019 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue" o "the Company") informs that it has reached an agreement with UBI Banca S.p.A. ("UBI") for the management by the Company, as Master and Special Servicer, of a portfolio of non-performing loans with a gross book value of approximately 0.9 billion euro. The agreement is part of the approximately 11 billion euro of new mandates reached by doValue in Southern Europe in 2019, as communicated on November 8th, 2019.

The portfolio, expected to be securitized according to Italian law L. 130/99, is mostly composed of residential loans backed by real estate guarantees, of average size in line with doValue's current portfolio and distributed mainly in Northern Italy.

For the loans part of the agreement, it is expected that UBI will initiate the process to request the securitization guarantee by the Italian State according to Italian Law D.L. 18/2016 (GACS).
