NEGOTIATIONS ONGOING WITH EUROBANK FOR THE ACQUISITION OF FPS

Rome, December 19, 2019 – With regards to today's press rumors, doValue S.p.A. confirms that negotiations at an advanced stage are ongoing with Eurobank Ergasias SA for the acquisition by doValue of 80% of Financial Planning Services (FPS).
