Saipem: dimissioni del consigliere non esecutivo Pierfrancesco Latini
San Donato Milanese (MI), 23 dicembre 2019 – Saipem rende noto che in data odierna – e con efficacia dalla nomina da parte del Consiglio di Amministrazione di Saipem, ai sensi dell'art. 2386 del codice civile, di un nuovo amministratore in sua sostituzione - il Consigliere non esecutivo e non indipendente nonché membro del Comitato per il Controllo e Rischi Pierfrancesco Latini, ha rassegnato le dimissioni in ragione del nuovo incarico assunto in SACE S.p.A., quale Amministratore Delegato.
Alla data odierna Pierfrancesco Latini non detiene alcuna partecipazione nel capitale sociale della Società.
La Società ringrazia Pierfrancesco Latini per l'attività svolta in seno al Consiglio di Amministrazione.

San Donato Milanese (Milan), December 23, 2019 – Saipem informs that, today – and with effect from the date of the resolution of the Board of Directors of Saipem S.p.A. appointing a new member of the Board pursuant to art. 2386 of the Italian civil code - Mr Pierfrancesco Latini, a non-executive and non-independent member of the Board and a member of Saipem's Audit and Risk Committee, resigned due to his recent appointment in SACE S.p.A., as Managing Director.
As of today, Mr Latini has no shareholdings in the Company.
Saipem thanks Mr Latini for the work carried out within the Board of Directors.
