22 gennaio 2020. Exprivia S.p.A. - società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – rende noto che, in relazione a quanto già comunicato il 13 dicembre u.s., il Consiglio di Amministrazione della controllata Italtel Spa ha convocato l'assemblea dei soci ai sensi dell'art. 2447 cc., in prima convocazione per il giorno 31 gennaio 2020 ed eventualmente in seconda convocazione per il giorno 14 febbraio 2020, per discutere e deliberare l'approvazione della situazione patrimoniale e ogni altra deliberazione ai sensi e per gli effetti dell'art. 2447 cc..
La convocazione dell'assemblea è stata deliberata dopo che lo scorso venerdì il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Italtel Spa ha approvato la relazione sulla situazione patrimoniale al 30 novembre 2019 ai sensi degli articoli 2446 e 2447 del cc..

January 22, 2020. Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] announces that, with reference to what has already been communicated on December 13, the Board of Directors of the subsidiary Italtel Spa has called the shareholders' meeting pursuant to art . 2447 c.c., on first call on 31 January 2020 and possibly on second call on 14 February 2020, to discuss and resolve on the approval of the financial statement and any other resolution pursuant to art. 2447 c.c..
The calling of the shareholders' meeting was resolved following the approval of the financial statement at 30 November 2019 pursuant to articles 2446 and 2447 c.c. by the Board of Directors of Italtel Spa last Friday.
