Pursuant to art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3, letter a) of the Rules of the Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the Company informs that it will exercise the right not to publish the report for the fourth quarter of 2020 and that the draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial

Statements as at 31 December 2020 as well as further documentation as per art. 154-ter, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 58/98 will be made available to the public within 90 days from the end of 2020.

The Company will publish the Interim Management Reports on the dates indicated in this financial events calendar, according to the provisions of art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3, letter f) of the Regulation of Organised Markets Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
