Gas Plus S.p.A.: 2020 financial calendar
Milan, 29 January 2020 – Gas Plus S.p.A., in accordance with Article 2.6.2, Paragraph 1, letter b), of the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A."), informs about the 2020 financial calendar:

Conference calls for the presentation of the accounting data to the financial community will be held afterwards the above mentioned Board of Directors' meetings. Any amendment to the above calendar will be promptly disclosed.

Gas Plus is the fourth largest producer of natural gas (as estimated by the Authority for Electricity, Gas and Water System, AEEGSI) after Eni, Edison and Shell Italia E&P. It is active in the main sectors of the industry of natural gas, particularly in the exploration, production, purchase, distribution and sale to retail customers. At 31 December 2018, the Group has 45 exploitation concessions located throughout the Italian territory, manages a total of approximately 1,600 kilometers of distribution network located in 39 Municipalities, serves a total of more than 69,000 end users, with a staff of 159 employees.
