30 gennaio 2020. Exprivia S.p.A. - società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – informa che il Consiglio di Amministrazione in data odierna ha approvato il seguente calendario degli eventi societari:

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione, come già comunicato nel precedente esercizio ed in continuità con il passato, allo scopo di garantire coerenza delle informazioni nei confronti del mercato finanziario e degli investitori, intende proseguire con la pubblicazione, su base volontaria, dell'informativa periodica trimestrale; non predisporrà il resoconto intermedio di gestione relativo al quarto trimestre in quanto metterà a disposizione del pubblico la relazione finanziaria annuale e gli altri documenti di cui all'art 154-ter, comma 1 del TUF entro novanta giorni dalla chiusura dell'esercizio.

As already notified in the previous financial year and in continuity with the past, the Board of Directors intends to keep on the publication, on a voluntary basis, of the quarterly periodic information, in order to ensure consistency of information with regard to the financial market and investors; the Board will not prepare the interim management report for the fourth quarter as it will make available the annual financial report and other documents referred to in Art. 154-ter, comma 1 of TUF ("Testo Unico delle Disposizioni in Materia di Intermediazione Finanziaria) within ninety days of the end of the financial year.
