Milano, 30 gennaio 2020 - Orsero S.p.A., facendo riferimento a quanto indicato nel Prospetto Informativo del 19 dicembre 2019 ai punti A.3.1 e 12.1.1, rende noto di essere stata informata dalla Dott.ssa Raffaella Orsero del rinvio al 19 febbraio 2020 dell'udienza davanti al Giudice dell'Udienza Preliminare relativa al procedimento che la vede coinvolta.

Milan, 30 January 2020 - Orsero S.p.A., making reference to what is indicated in the Prospectus of 19 December 2019 in points A.3.1 and 12.1.1, announces that it was informed by Mrs. Raffaella Orsero of the postponement to 19 February 2020 of the hearing before the Judge of the Preliminary Hearing ("Giudice dell'Udienza Preliminare"), relating to the procedure involving her.
