Rimborso del prestito obbligazionario "€500,000,000 3.000% Notes Due 8 March 2021" emesso dalla controllata Saipem Finance International B.V.
San Donato Milanese (MI), 31 gennaio 2020 – Saipem rende noto che, con riferimento al prestito obbligazionario denominato "€500,000,000 3.000% notes due 8 March 2021" (le "Obbligazioni") emesso da Saipem Finance International B.V. nell'ambito del programma Euro Medium Term Note, Saipem Finance International B.V. ha deciso di esercitare l'opzione di rimborso anticipato per il 100% dell'importo nominale delle Obbligazioni in circolazione secondo i termini e le condizioni di cui al regolamento delle Obbligazioni.
La data di rimborso delle Obbligazioni sarà il 3 marzo 2020.

Redemption of the note "€500,000,000 3,000% notes due 8 March 2021" issued by the subsidiary Saipem Finance International B.V.
San Donato Milanese (MI), January 31, 2020 - Saipem announces that, with reference to the notes named "€500,000,000 3.000% notes due 8 March 2021" (the "Notes") issued by Saipem Finance International B.V. as part of the Euro Medium Term Note programme, Saipem Finance International B.V. has decided to exercise the option for the early redemption of 100% of the nominal amount of the outstanding Notes, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Notes regulations.
The Notes will be redeemed on March 3, 2020.
