ITALTEL: DESERTA L'ASSEMBLEA DEI SOCI IN PRIMA CONVOCAZIONE
31 gennaio 2020. Exprivia S.p.A. - società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - in relazione a quanto comunicato lo scorso 22 gennaio, rende noto che, in pendenza di contatti fra le parti interessate, l'assemblea dei soci della controllata Italtel S.p.A., convocata oggi in prima convocazione, è andata deserta.
L'assemblea si terrà in seconda convocazione venerdì 14 febbraio 2020.

ITALTEL: UNATTENDED THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING IN THE FIRST CALL
January 31, 2020. Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - with reference to what has already been communicated on January 22, informs that, occurring contacts among interested parties, the shareholders' meeting of the subsidiary Italtel S.p.A., called today on the first call, went unattended.
The meeting will be held on second call on Friday 14 February 2020.
