Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 10 – 14 February 2020

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 17 February 2020

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 10 February and 14 February 2020 the Company bought on the Milan Stock Exchange, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 30 May 2019 (previously communicated as per Art. 144 bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 20,005 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.063% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 2.8023 per share, for a total of Euro 56,060.97.

Details of all buyback transactions on the MTA (Italian Equity Market) in the period between 10 February and 14 February 2020 are enclosed.
