Cagliari, 19 February 2020

Tiscali announces that the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled for February, 28 and concerning the approval of the Annual Financial Statements at December 31, 2019 has been postponed to March, 18.

Consequently, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for March, 30 and concerning the Approval of the Annual Financial Report at December 31, 2019 has been postponed to April, 21.
