Mondo TV: concluso accordo con Ravensburger su MeteoHeroes per l'Italia e la penisola iberica

Prosegue rapidamente lo sviluppo di MeteoHeroes nel settore del licensing

21 febbraio 2020 – Mondo TV comunica che Ravensburger S.r.l., società italiana leader nel proprio settore con sede ad Assago (Milano), ha acquistato da Mondo TV S.p.A. una licenza per il territorio di Italia, San Marino e Vaticano, Spagna, Portogallo e Andorra per lo sfruttamento dei diritti di licensing e merchandising della serie TV MeteoHeroes per la produzione di puzzle 2D e 3D e memory.

La licenza prevede lo sfruttamento del brand per due anni con decorrenza dal mese di gennaio 2021; l'accordo prevede il pagamento di un minimo garantito, in sé non particolarmente significativo, e di royalties da parte di Ravensburger a favore di Mondo TV per le vendite eccedenti l'importo del minimo garantito.

L'accordo conferma il rapido sviluppo che la property MeteoHeroes sta avendo nel settore licensing e merchandising da cui è possibile quindi attendersi importanti ritorni di royalties per la Mondo TV.

Mondo TV: executed the agreement with Ravensburger on MeteoHeroes for Italy and Iberian Peninsula

The licensing plans of MeteoHeroes grow quickly

21 February 2020 – Mondo TV announced that Ravensburger S.r.l., a leading Italian company in its sector based in Assago (Milano), has purchased from Mondo TV S.p.A. a license for the territory of Italy, San Marino and Vatican City, Spain, Portugal and Andorra, for the exploitation of the licensing and merchandising rights of the TV series Robot Trains for the production of Puzzle 2D, 3D and memory games.

The license provides for the exploitation of the brand for two years starting from January 2021; the agreement provides for the payment by Ravensburger in favor of Mondo TV of a minimum guarantee amount, not significant in itself, as well as royalties for sales exceeding the minimum guaranteed amount.

The agreement confirms the quick development which the property MeteoHeroes is having in the licensing and merchandising from which it is possible to expect important returns in terms of royalties for Mondo TV.
