28 febbraio 2020. Exprivia S.p.A. - società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – rende noto che, in relazione a quanto già comunicato il 14 febbraio u.s., il Consiglio di Amministrazione della controllata Italtel Spa, riunitosi ieri, ha deciso di convocare l'assemblea dei soci, ai sensi dell'art. 2447 cc., in prima convocazione per il giorno 31 marzo 2020 ed eventualmente in seconda convocazione per il giorno 15 aprile 2020, per discutere e deliberare l'approvazione della situazione patrimoniale e ogni altra deliberazione ai sensi e per gli effetti dell'art. 2447 cc.

February 28, 2020. Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] announces that, with reference to what has already been communicated on February 14, the Board of Directors of the subsidiary Italtel Spa, met yesterday, decided to call the shareholders' meeting, pursuant to art. 2447 cc, on first call on 31 March 2020 and possibly on second call on 15 April 2020, to discuss and resolve on the approval of the financial statement and any other resolution pursuant to art. 2447 cc.
