Saipem: pubblicazione della delibera di Consiglio di Amministrazione e dello Statuto aggiornato
San Donato Milanese (Milano), 4 marzo 2020 – Saipem informa che sono stati depositati al Registro delle Imprese, in data 27 febbraio 2020, il verbale del Consiglio di Amministrazione del 25 febbraio 2020 con lo Statuto sociale, aggiornato alle modifiche introdotte dalla Legge 27 dicembre 2019 n. 160 in materia di equilibrio fra i generi (con la sola soppressione dell'art. 31 che prevedeva una clausola transitoria di applicazione della normativa precedentemente vigente).
Il verbale del Consiglio di Amministratore e il nuovo Statuto sono disponibili presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società www.saipem.com sezione "Governance - Documenti", presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage" () e sul sito internet di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Saipem: publication of the minutes of the Board of Directors' meeting and revised Articles of Association
San Donato Milanese (Milan), March 4, 2020 – Saipem hereby informs that the following documents have been lodged with the Companies' Register on February 27, 2020: the minutes of the Board of Directors' meeting of February 25, 2020 and the new text of the Articles of Association, which was amended to comply with the changes introduced by Law no. 160 dated December 27, 2019 regarding gender balance (art. 31, which provided for a transitory clause related to the application of previous regulation, was deleted).
The minutes of the Board of Directors' meeting and the revised Articles of Association are available at the Company's registered office, and they can also be downloaded from www.saipem.com, under the section "Governance – Documents", from the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" () and from Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
