Updating of the corporate events 2020

Cagliari, March 7, 2020

The Company announces that, following the Coronavirus emergency and the related precautionary measures, it has decided to postpone the Meeting of the Board of Directors concerning the approval of the Annual Financial Statements at December 31, 2019, initially scheduled for March, 18, to March, 30.

Consequently, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders concerning the Approval of the Annual Financial Report at December 31, 2019, initially scheduled for April, 21 will be postponed to 30 April.
