COMER INDUSTRIES S.P.A.: COVID-19 – Confermata la continuità operativa

Reggiolo (RE), 09 marzo 2020 – Comer Industries S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: COM), società quotata su AIM Italia ("Comer Industries"), alla luce delle ultime prescrizioni del Governo italiano atte a contrastare e contenere la diffusione del virus COVID-19 (i.e. D.P.C.M. 08.03.2020), comunica che tutte le attività di business sono ad oggi pienamente operative.

Successivamente alle azioni intraprese dal Governo italiano che introducono misure di prevenzione più cautelative per i territori maggiormente colpiti dall'epidemia di COVID-19, Comer Industries si è attivata per adottare tutte le possibili precauzioni sanitarie, applicando tutte le raccomandazioni delle autorità sanitarie nazionali ed europee e per consentire al proprio personale di svolgere l'attività lavorativa nelle migliori condizioni possibili nella sede e negli stabilimenti di Reggiolo, Cavriago e Pegognaga.

Alla luce di quanto sopra, Comer Industries conferma la propria continuità operativa, fermo restando che quest'ultima non può prescindere da quella dei propri fornitori, con i quali la società è costantemente in contatto.

Comer Industries è in collegamento anche con le autorità ed è pronta ad adeguare ulteriormente le misure di sicurezza adottate in funzione dell'evolvere della situazione, consapevole che la salvaguardia della salute e del benessere dei propri dipendenti rimane la priorità assoluta.

Tutte le altre realtà di Comer Industries in Italia e nel mondo sono pienamente operative, anche nel territorio cinese.

Ad oggi, rimane altresì confermato il calendario degli eventi societari 2020, già precedentemente comunicato.

COMER INDUSTRIES S.P.A.: COVID-19 – Confirmed the operational continuity

Reggiolo (RE), 09 March 2020 – Comer Industries S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: COM), company listed on AIM Italia market ("Comer Industries"), in light of the latest decree from the Italian Government to oppose and contain the diffusion of the COVID-19 virus (i.e. D.P.C.M. 08.03.2020), informs that all the business activities are currently fully operative.

Following the actions undertook by the Italian Government that introduce more preventative measures for the areas most effected by the COVID-19, Comer Industries took steps to adopt all the possible healthcare precautions, applying all the recommendations of the national and European health authorities, to allow its employees to conduct the working activity in the best possible conditions in the headquarter and in the plants of Reggiolo, Cavriago and Pegognaga.

Considering all above mentioned, Comer Industries confirms its operational continuity, specifying that this is obviously subject to the continuity of its suppliers with whom the company is in constant contact.

Comer Industries is in contact also with the Authority and is ready to further adapt its security measures according to the evolving situation, aware that the safeguard of the health and wellbeing of its employees is the first priority.

All Comer Industries operations in Italy and in the world are fully operative, also in China.
