Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 9 – 13 March 2020

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 16 March 2020

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 09 March and 13 March 2020 the Company bought on the Milan Stock Exchange, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 30 May 2019 (previously communicated as per Art. 144 bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 27,290 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.086% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 2.1114 per share, for a total of Euro 57,620.43.

Details of all buyback transactions on the MTA (Italian Equity Market) in the period between 09 March and 13 March 2020 are enclosed.
