Cagliari, March 16, 2020

In the face of the worsening epidemiological emergency from COVID-19 and the measures adopted with today's Prime Minister's Decree, the Company announces the postponement to April, 27 2020 of the Board of Directors' Meeting concerning the approval of the Annual Financial Statements at December 31, 2019, initially scheduled for March, 30.

Consequently, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders initially scheduled for 30 April, will be postponed to 28 May.
