POSTE ITALIANE: THE EXPLANATORY REPORTS FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING UPON THE APPROVAL OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND THE ALLOCATION OF NET INCOME, AS WELL AS THE INFORMATION DOCUMENT RELATED TO THE EQUITY-BASED INCENTIVE PLAN HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED

Rome, 17 March 2020 – Poste Italiane S.p.A. informs that the explanatory reports on the first item ("Poste Italiane S.p.A. Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2019. Reports of the Board of Directors, the Board of Statutory Auditors, and the Audit Firm. Related resolutions. Presentation of the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019"), on the second item ("Allocation of net income for the year and distribution of available reserves"), and on the tenth item ("Equity-based incentive plan") of the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Poste Italiane – that will take place on 16 April 2020 on single call – are available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the Company's internet website (www.posteitaliane.it, section Governance/Assembly/Assembly 2020/Documentation and reports), as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().

The same Information document related to the "Equity-based incentive plan", drawn up pursuant to art. 114-bis of the Legislative Decree of 24 February 1998, n. 58, is also available to the public in the same manner described above.
