ERRATA CORRIGE

Bologna, 20 marzo 2020 – Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL) rende noto che nel comunicato stampa pubblicato il 20 marzo 2020 relativo all'approvazione della Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2019, viene rettificata la seguente frase" …stacco della cedola in data 27 maggio 2020 (record date 28 maggio 2020) e pagamento a partire dal 29 maggio 2020." con la seguente "...stacco della cedola in data 25 maggio 2020 (record date 26 maggio 2020) e pagamento a partire dal 27 maggio 2020.".

ERRATA CORRIGE

Bologna, 20 March 2020 – Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL) declares that, in the press release relating the approval of the Annual Report as at 31 December 2019 the statement "coupon detachment on 27 May 2020 (record date 28 May 2020) and payment from 29 May 2020." is amended by the following "coupon detachment on 25 May 2020 (record date 26 May 2020) and payment from 27 May 2020.".
