FIERA MILANO: PUBBLICAZIONE INTEGRAZIONE AVVISO DI CONVOCAZIONE DELL'ASSEMBLEA DEGLI AZIONISTI

Milano, 20 marzo 2020. Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano") comunica che un'integrazione dell'Avviso di Convocazione, nonché il relativo estratto, dell'Assemblea Ordinaria degli Azionisti prevista per il 20 aprile 2020 - in unica convocazione - sono stati resi disponibili nella giornata odierna presso la sede legale e la sede operativa e amministrativa della Società.

L'integrazione prevede che, in relazione all'emergenza epidemiologica COVID-19 e ai sensi dell'articolo 106, comma 4 del Decreto Legge del 17 marzo 2020, n. 18, ogni soggetto legittimato a intervenire in Assemblea dovrà farsi rappresentare dalla società Computershare S.p.A., all'uopo designata dalla Società quale Rappresentante Designato ai sensi dell'art. 135-undecies del TUF, non essendo ammessa la partecipazione di persona o mediante conferimento di delega a terzi.

La delega al Rappresentante Designato dovrà essere allegata ad un messaggio di posta elettronica da inviare all'indirizzo ufficiomilano@pecserviziotitoli.it, e potrà essere anticipata in copia a mezzo e-mail all'indirizzo ufficiomi@computershare.it, entro la fine del secondo giorno di mercato aperto precedente la data fissata per l'Assemblea (ossia entro il 16 aprile 2020).

La suddetta documentazione è, altresì, disponibile sul sito internet della Società www.fieramilano.it nella sezione Investitori, nonché sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato .

FIERA MILANO: PUBLICATION OF AN INTEGRATION OF THE NOTICE OF CONVENING OF SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Milan, 20 March 2020. Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano") announces that an integration of the Notice of Convening and its Abstract of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened on 20 April, 2020 - in a single call - have been made available today at the Company registered office and at the operational and administrative headquarters.

The integration provides that, due to the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency and pursuant to article 106, paragraph 4 of Decree Law issued on 17 March, 2020, no. 18, any person entitled to attend the Shareholders' Meeting must be represented by Computershare S.p.A., appointed for this purpose by the Company to act as Authorized Representative pursuant to Article 135-undecies of the Consolidated Law on Financial Intermediation (TUF). Participation in person or by granting a proxy to third parties is not allowed.

The proxy form to the Authorized Representative must be attached to an e-mail message to be sent to ufficiomilano@pecserviziotitoli.it, copy of which can be anticipated to ufficiomi@computershare.it, by the end of the second trading day before the date set for the Shareholders' Meeting (i.e. 16 April 2020).

The aforementioned documents are also available on the Company website www.fieramilano.it, in the Investors section, and on the authorised storage system .
